The M5 speaker is the smaller of the two bookshelf speakers in the current M series range of real wood veneer products.

In designing this fully shielded 2-way bass reflex design speaker, the Epos engineering team has fully considered the demands of today’s home theatre requirements. Importantly the speaker equally stands its ground in the world of two-channel audio.

The fully shielded M5 uses a 25mm metal dome tweeter with a neodymium magnet. The 137.5mm woofer uses the new Epos die cast aluminium chassis and features a phase plug. The speaker has provision for bi-wiring.

If the M5 is used in a home cinema application, the Epos M8 centre channel is the ideal choice.

The choice of three finishes ensures the speaker will integrate into the furnishings of any home. With a front veneered baffle, the M5 is equally attractive without the grilles and the addition of the Epos name moulded into the tweeter is an elegant feature.
