Jason Pugh was appointed to run Epoz in Australia two months before the company was launched..
He has a long history in the Australian audio industry. In a sense he was born into it with both his parents actively involved in the industry from the time he first saw the light of day! After leaving school he worked for many years with Architectural Audio Design. His time with that company enabled him to gain valuable experience in every facet of the business, from warehousing and stock control, through to the day to day routine of office work, including debtor and creditor control, and ultimately customer service and sales.
He had time away from the industry for 4 to 5 years but took up his managing role at Epoz in August 2005 with renewed vigour. He has enjoyed renewing acquaintances with many people in the industry.
Jason is a happy family man and without doubt his greatest pride and joy are his wife and two gorgeous daughters.
Jacki
has been in the audio industry virtually all of her working life.
Following many years at Concept Audio (the initial importer for Creek & Epos), she went on to establish Architectural Audio Design – a distribution company importing and distributing products at the emerging custom audio market. That in turn led her to establish her next company based around lighting control systems and their integration with home entertainment.
It was in 2001 that she packed her bags and headed to the U.K. to fulfil a lifetime desire to spend some time living there. Realising it was somewhat better than she expected, but impossible to survive without an income, she found herself a job. As luck would have it, that job was to look after the international sales and marketing for Creek & Epos!
During her time in the U.K. with her family still in Australia, her interests obviously continued to revolve around anything and everything Australian. The opportunity to once more become involved in Australian distribution of audio products was too good an opportunity to pass up.

Mike Creek produced his first amplifier, the legendary 4040 in 1982. Since then he has gone on to oversee the design of some of the most successful British made electronics manufactured in the last 25 years.
Realising the advantage of having an exceptional loudspeaker brand to complement his electronics, in 1999 he purchased Epos. Developing new products for both brands keeps him exceptionally busy – however he does find time to enjoy some of the finer things of life, more recently some good Australian wines!
He fancies the idea of being behind the controls of an F1 car or alternatively a Spitfire – neither of which will ever become a reality. Perhaps it’s that imagination of achieving a dream that drives him to design such sought after products…..
Since production of his products moved to China, Mike travels there several times each year
Having an interest in the Australian distribution of his own products affords Mike the opportunity to travel 'down-under' occasionally, if possible in the British winter!

Charlie (real name Kerry but always known as Charlie) has been working in the background since Epoz first saw the light of day. Being married to Jason has meant she has always shared the highs and lows, and she has constantly been the company's sole point of contact when he has been travelling interstate.
However, now that daughter no. 2 has allowed her Mum just a little more time, Charlie has officially taken on an administrative role within the company. Working on a part time basis she is looking after the 'nuts and bolts' and her input is invaluable.
With two daughters under 6, she rarely has a minute's peace but she would be the first to tell you that the hectic pace is well worth every minute.
Her interests mirror some of Jason's - but definitely not all - although her conversion to that of staunch rugby fan means that she fully understands his need to watch every major game, irrespective of the time of the broadcast! Which means it is only fair that she takes control of the remote on other occasions.......
Officially working for her husband is also somewhat interesting - we would all prefer to say she is working with him!
