Moving Air, the company behind Abbey Road cables, was founded by a BAFTA nominated dubbing mixer and an electrical engineer/cable designer, both with more than 20 years experience in professional audio.

As well as manufacturing Abbey Road cable, Moving air re-built Abbey Road's penthouse mixing room as well as other studio design projects.

Moving air's mission is to design and manufacture high quality cable based on sound scientific principles, good design and the use of best quality materials. Moving air sources all its metals and dielectrics itself, and ensures the build quality of its cables is of the highest quality. The cables, developed in conjunction with EMI Abbey Road Studios, are manufactured and terminated in the U.K.
